This proved so effective that it has now become standard practice on all jobs for all clients at no extra charge.
Largest Project:
Large Internal technical restack between 2 buildings encompassing 5 phases and approx 1200 users.
Largest Phase was approx 375 users. The total quantity of MiTECH resource deployed for this phase was 172. This move phase took place over one bank holiday weekend.
Each phase utilized the full "Services Used" list.
Savings:
During this entire project we provided a fully managed service for this client and as a result they made a saving of approximately of 20%+ over previous years.
