MiTECH has had an almost daily presence onsite for 18 months. We know the building inside out, procedures, facilities and IT teams well and as part of our ongoing churn contract, engage in regular meetings on a weekly basis.
We have advised and have delivered on budget and time all projects and in some cases have had the opportunity to credit some PO's due to projects finishing early as a result of our efficiency.
We are regularly asked and have offered advice on how to cut costs and deliver more efficiently on services requested and needed by our client.

Due to our, almost, constant presence onsite we have a regular team of around 50 personnel who have been security cleared and fully inducted and are used to DCE practices and office setup/layout. The team consists of team leaders both technical and non, furniture fitters, porters, IT engineers, server and MAC specialists, cabling engineers, testers and project/move managers.
Largest Project:
Large Internal technical restack encompassing 3 phases and approx 450 users.
Largest Phase was approx 200 users. The total quantity of MiTECH resource deployed for this phase was 90. This move phase took place over one weekend.
Each phase utilized all or most of the full "Services Used" list.
Savings:
We provide a fully managed service for this client and as a result they are seeing an average of approximately 25%+ cost savings over previous years and with previous companies.
